Easter Miracle at Tricia's House of Chaos
CINCO IS EATING!!! LIKE A HORSE! Okay, maybe not like a horse, but like Cinco before the cancer came back!
Mark said he scarfed down his t/f/s meal, and he did the same with his breakfast when I came down. I refilled his plate twice, and both servings were demolished. He slowed down after that and has been grazing on the food I gave him at +6. That's an entire 3 oz can of food!!!
I do think there is a little more air getting through his nostrils - he lifts his head up and sniffs like he can smell something, which he hasn't been doing the past few days. He's also been up on the sofa most of the morning, which is another good sign. I do think the Elspar and Pred have helped (anti-jinx), as well as a hefty dose of L&L vines, so thank you all!
I made his follow-up appointment for this Thursday, and if this continues, he will most likely get his first dose of the CHOP chemo then.
Harvey's appy was still happy this morning. He ate all his t/f/s meal, and although it took him a little while, he ate all his breakfast, as well as the food he got at +6.
His eye looks fine this morning - no more rubbing. Happy dances are taking place here at THoC!
Sending healing vines to all in need and hugs to all their beans.
