I'd do either an hour or an hour and a half. If the cycle will look anything like last night, Liz likes to nadir earlier. Which is good for you, cause it means going to bed earlier.
Okay on the test. I will decide shortly. I have a question about the spreadsheet and the color coded glucose values. Since I use an AlphaTrak should the values be different? Just curious.
The color coding on the SS is up to you. Some people with AlphaTraks do change the color coding, some don't. The problem is that we know that 68 on the AlphaTrak is 50 on the human meter, but don't have an exact translation for 100, 200, 300 etc. We just know that the AT is about 30-40% higher than the human meter.
Yes, I think you are good for the night. Sleep well!
ETA: When you run out of room on the title, you can always remove some of the day's earlier numbers. It's the lows, the preshots, and the most current numbers that are the most important.
This morning +10.5 is 140. Elizabeth and I appreciate your assistance very much! Next question is going to be about this morning's dose and I started a new thread!
