Just noticed what Helen mentioned about your spreadsheet and the mood logging, etc. I do that too, in my private spreadsheet (I have a copy of the one I share here, but with a lot more info in it like a full food log, mood/appetite/vomiting/bathroom etc). Glad I'm not the only one who keeps track that closely! Considering maybe adding it to the shared spreadsheet too instead of just my own.
