Well, she needed her anal glands expressed. She had a 103 fever, and she's on 100cc of sub-Q fluids once a day, she got some of that while at the vet and to show me how to give them to her at home. She's also getting .7 cc's(I think that's what it is?) of Christmas's irritable bowel medicine, which I think is called flaxl. I probably misspelled it...I'm to continue her anti-nausea medicine and her tramadol. I was also given the orders to rest as I definitely have not been getting enough sleep...but that's 2 vets so far that've 'perscribed' me sleep. :lol: I'm going to have to agree with them and hopefully get to bed early tonight.
I have a feeling that the sub-Q is what helped bring her blood sugar down so quickly, but I gave her some low-carb and will be testing her again shortly. If she keeps this up, I may need to break out the MC of HC.
