Hard to say based on one data point. Let's see what the rest of day's data says. Can you monitor the next couple days?
 
I can do more today and tomorrow. I can only get amps and pmps - thursday and friday.
On Thursday and Friday I can check her evening sugars @ +2 and +4.

I can check her more on a regular basis starting Saturday. How often would you suggest me to do her sugars?

Her surgery is still scheduled for the April 4.

Four tests per day, 2 per cycle, the preshot plus one other are what are required for following TR. Having said that, so far the numbers are such that you could increase tomorrow, even if following SLGS for dosing.
