hey guys!
typing real quick cause power has been out most of day, just came on but flickering and gonna go out again any minute, we are having one insane storm out here on end of island. trees are down everywhere, huge oak branch hit roof knocking off a few of those shingle thingies, big tree in front yard was uprooted and luckily fell other way or would have gone through house, my entire stockade fence has been blown down and broken apart, etc. etc. i'm most upset that the feral's big outdoor table umbrellas have been turned inside out, the wood slats broken and fabric shredded (bummer, rainy season is just starting, those will have to be replaced asap).
ack, lights just dimmed again, think i better turn off computer, have surge protectors but last thing needed is for computer to get fried, better safe than sorry.

hope everyone and their kitties are well.

ps. just a little update on me, been a (rotten stinky horrible not fun) week of doctor's offices and hospital, had some tests done. you can call me spiderwoman now (since i got an nice injection of radioactive crappus). will know results on tues.

So sorry that you are having such a storm, and your ferals stuff got ruined. Poor guys. But I know you won't let things stay like that for long. We are getting a lot of rain and the wind is really blowing. By the sounds of it, your definitely getting it worse. Hope you don't get anymore damage and the worse is over.

Good idea to get off the computer. Stay safe. Hope your tests come out ok and you are feeling better.

icky storm........I predict more on the way as it is wicked here.
Hope your power stays on and that fixing up the damage will be less work than you think.
Don't need that to make you feel worse.

march winds = spring. I'm concentrating on that aspect. so darned sick of snow.

Oh, my goodness, Jojo, things don't sound to good at your house!! I hope the storm stops real soon. Sorry everything is getting damaged and your poor ferals. I hope everyone stays safe!!

Oh, btw, settles...great amps!
 
Hi Jo Jo, Hang in there! The weather will improve, you will get a good health report, the outside kitties will be fine, and spring will arrive. Hurrah for Settledown!

JOJO!!! We have a tree hanging on our roof today, and my big spruce in front, is going over--These 2 trees are the homes of many many birds we care for, so we are upset they will be displaced--Hope your ferals will find a good new spot(we know you'll be out there making a shelter today!)
We had 70 mph winds here, it was really wicked! Ocean is creeping up to the shoreline-Not Good! Hope you & all yours are safe & sound by today!

Wishing you all the best for your test results. And I hope ou find a great deal on umbrellas. Is there a Costco near you? They often have them for cheap!
 
By all reports, this storm was massive. At least it's not snow -- otherwise you be under several feet of the white stuff. I hope all of the outside kitties found a safe dry spot to wait out the weather. I hope you and DBF and the inside kitties are all safe, as well.
