Yesterday

We went up to 3IU last night, without any dramatic drops - yay! This morning I'm a bit anxious to see what his +2 looks like.

Tomorrow with have a recheck appointment with his current treating internist; and Friday a consultation at Cornell Vet.

It's a sunny day (again, yay!), so Fortune is catching some rays. Happy Wednesday!

Just gave Fortune some Purina NF 27% carb and put some Karo on his gums. Freaking out a bit. I got distracted and missed the +6.

We are syringe feeding Fortune some more since he only had a few big bites.

Put more Karo. He won't eat anymore. We syringe fed 45 ml of 27%, but he still won't eat.

Keep testing every 20 and syringing until into the 60's. If you can't syringe food he needs karo on gums every 15 minutes.

Ok, we are syringing more (27%). Just put karo a few minutes ago. Retest is in 5.

Put more Karo. He won't eat anymore. We syringe fed 45 ml of 27%, but he still won't eat.

When did he last eat? Sorry if it’s on your SS (my phone doesn’t want to open it ). Ideally can you reply with what you fed, carb %, and how much for the tests so far (including karo/honey):

+4 97 - fed...
+6.5 38 - fed...
+7 46 - fed...
+7.25 45 - fed...

The food should bring him up but it takes about 30 minutes. The karo should work faster in 15 but leaves faster so combo is best.

50g 27% @ +7 Karo @+7.25
Feeding more now (+7.5)

He is 65! We fed about 10g of 27% just before testing. Should we feed more, or wait and test again?

Goggle sheets s acting funky on my iPad. It slowly shows all the data but takes a long time. This is last couple of days.

It has been slow for me too the past couple of days and I'm on a Windows laptop. Spreadsheets have been timing out a lot too when I'm trying to open them.
