Ok Shelly, backspace thru your next 2 doses on your ss and write 3.5u. You've been very patient and it's time to reward that with a dosecrease. This morning was your 6th and final dose of 3u. YAY for dosecrease! You are on the 6 cycle plan until we see good improvement

Most of the dry should be out of his system within the first 36 so I think you've got plenty of room. You can hold for another cycle though if you want to be certain :smile:

I think I will split the difference and go with 3.25. Depending on his PMPS due in about 30 minutes.

Good luck on the dose crease!
I know it's tough to go so slow, but it will all pay off in the end.
I looked at your ss but did not see a note about the food change. I am sure you will see an improvement now.
