Better start today than yesterday's 490
Made me want to go back to the human meter when I saw that number. Mav got a little extra higher LC carb (6%) in his feeder, just in case this morning's cycle is a bit more active...wish I could have let this cycle play out, but I'm at work and can't test, so hopefully he doesn't do anything crazy.
Hi Bobbie! Thank you, yes that's right, because the retina has degenerated, his eye now has a glassy green appearance (almost like a cat's!) except that for him it isn't a good thing...it means that all the light is reflecting off. Phoenix definitely uses his nose and hearing more...his lack of vision in that eye didn't prevent him from finding a group of pheasants in some deep grass the other day

Aww! Tomorrow is 4 years since Bubba’s right eye was removed because of cancer. It was a difficult decision , but glad I did.
It sounds like Phoenix still has his eye , but blind? I am so sorry, but the other eye compensates and they have 60 % of their vision. Bubba still hunts outside!
