Wow! I just opened my calendar. I knew from what others were saying that it was good, but I didn't know how good. You have such a great eye for picking what images to group. Some pages have outdoor shots, some have balanced but coordinated fur colors like the page with Nigel and Noah. It's just wonderful! Thanks for doing this, @Deanie and Boo (GA) and Scout!

Well, I will say that I obsess over it quite a bit. That's why it takes me so long to get it together!
 
Ok, i’ve set an order deadline of November 23rd. I have a box of 25 at home to ship and most of those are already spoken for. I’d like to place the final order by the 23rd.

If you miss the deadline, you can still get a calendar. However, due to my vacation plans, it would not be until after Christmas or later. So if you want to give any as gifts, the time to order is now!

Calendars are always available through Shutterfly so even if anyone misses that date, I can still make sure that people get a calendar if they want it. However, here are the most important dates. I will be out of the country from Dec. 10th-18th. There will be no calendars shipping out at that time. So if you want it by Christmas, order early.

THANK YOU so much for doing this!!! I just received my calendar - Luci and all of the other kitties look lovely, handsome and just generally adorable!!! LOVE IT!!!
 
I am now only monitoring the post in this forum. If you have a question or a problem, please email me directly.

Please do not buy calendars for another member without consulting with me first. It just confuses the order process on my end.

Also, keep in mind that I work in the evening. If I don't answer your email, it may mean that I am busy at work and I need time to answer.
 
Deanie, I just ordered 2 calendars. Can you let me know if you received the payment? I have ordered calendars so many times, I just clicked on your name, but I didn't see sweetkittyboo@msn.com anywhere.

Oh my, we almost missed this altogether! So sorry we didn’t see in time to bet our beloved GA Zener in again this year. Will order right now.
 
Ok, i’m going to try to get an order in tonight. My last available day that I can ship is December 6th. If you haven’t ordered yet, you will still be able to get a calendar but it will not be shipped until sometime after December 18th. Get all of those last minute orders in now!

I have not shipped any of the Canadian orders yet. I’m holding off for a short while to see if the postal strike gets resolved.

Here's the scoop on the impending postal strike in Canada. The federal government has the power to order the workers back to work under a good faith arbitration deal. This has happened before and is considered a last ditch effort to get things moving. It's currently under review but it will happen this time again, postal workers here get little sympathy from the public. (Our mail lady is great and loves dogs) Under public pressure and considering Christmas is one month from today the government is almost certain to go this route.
In a worst case scenario management keeps things going at a low level and mail from anywhere is never returned or stopped at the border, it will simply sit in a warehouse until delivered. I would be quite happy knowing my calendars are somewhere in the system and I'd bet you would be happier if you could just ship them now. I cannot speak for the other Canadians here but the alternative to postal is obscenely expensive, the calendars will end up in the mail either way.
I can't get a straight answer on postage fees from the US to Canada but since 90% of Canadians live within 100 miles of the US border the extra postage can't be much. I privately proposed sending $60 for 2 calendars and FDMB could consider the remainder a donation. I don't know how this affects FDMB's auditing or status as a charity (is it?) but a few extra dollars for the site is no big deal. Sorry this is so long, I wanted to cover everything.

I probably have a couple of extras in this batch that i’m mailing out this week.

That’s if the box ever gets here—so far it looks like it went to Phoenix, then Goodyear and now Albuquerque. So close and then the box slipped away!
 
Ok, all orders have now shipped. I still have about 6 calendars left so you can still order if you want one.

However, i’m headed to France tomorrow so any additional shipping will have to wait until Dec 19th or later.
 
I have made a major mistake. Either I screwed up something in Paypal Canada or my e-mail is bonkers, I need to reorder. Please tell me more calendars are available or can be printed.
 
Deenie, I got my calendar and it's great. Thanks so much and sorry for any inconvenience with my order. I had no idea of the process and procedure, so thank you again for your extra efforts on my behalf. I do appreciate it very very much.
 
I have 5 extra calendars. Three were ordered for people who said they wanted one but have not yet placed an order. If they don't order now, those calendars will be put up for sale.

If you missed out and still want a calendar, this is your last chance!

I'm having a meltdown. Paypal Canada won't take my new Master card because Canadian cards only use a 3 digit security number. This must be why my last attempt to order 2 calendars failed. I am absolutely desperate!!!
Anyone else in Canada have this issue?

@Noah & me (GA) please check with Deanie, she is graciously handling the transaction. She doesn't want to accept personal checks due the the hassle. For Paypal, my cards only have a 3 digit number on the back. Yours have more?
 
I'll try and keep this short. Look it up, Paypal is one of the 10 most despised corporations on Earth. After much frustration I dug down deep and actually found a phone number in the help section and spoke to a real human being. On Monday she assured me that within 24 to 48 hours my account will be fully functional.
To @Robert and Echo , @Jill & Alex (GA) , everyone else and especially to @Deanie and Boo (GA) and Scout I apologize for the dramatics. I find it absurd that internet monetary transaction were initially developed for the porn industry (pre Amazon etc.) yet 20 years later I'm banging my head against the wall for the simplest of things.
We should all be thankful that FDMB is the epitome of "Customer Service".
I'm going to cross my fingers today and log onto Paypal. The amount will cover two calendars, postage and the rest will go to the board, something I should be doing a lot more often.
I have one more question I cannot find the answer to. Who do I make the order payable to?
