GA 2/8 Scooter- We has to say good by

Oh Jill....I am so very sorry for your loss. It is never easy to say "good bye" but you did it because you love Scooter ...... You made Scooter as comfortable as he could be and you gave him so much love and care.

Scooter has always been Yoyo's mentor, we always followed Scooters' SS and we were always so impressed.
You and Scooter worked very hard and were a wonderful team.

He will always be with you in your heart.

I am so sad and just crying for your pain. Setting your boy free was the most loving thing of all.

You loved your little Scooter so much and it must have been a terribly difficult decision for you but you did it because you loved him so much and wanted to keep him from suffering.

Oh Jill....I am so deeply saddened by this unfortunate news. I was so hopeful that perhaps something could be done for your little boy. My heart just aches for you. I know what you did took a great deal of courage - to help him to fly free and be out of pain. I'm sending you huge hugs in hopes that it helps to heal your heart. Oh these kitties do know how to get into our hearts don't they?

Dear Jill, I am so sad to read it was Scooter’s time. It’s just way too young and not fair.You both fought so hard so of course you had to give him that one last selfless gift.

Thank you all. Your sweet words are helping. I know I did the right thing for my boy. I believe he was telling me he was ready. But I miss him so so much. I don’t know how many times I’ve thought today...it’s time for Scooter to have his snack or I need to check on him. I keep expecting to see his sweet fury little face or have him hop in my lap. I know time will ease the pain, but it’s hard now.
 
Oh Jill. That is such sad news. I have been following your journey and was so hoping that Scooter's health would turn around for the better. From your posts about him, it is so obvious how close you two were. My heart goes out to you...
 
Dear Jill, Scooter was such a brave, young boy. I'm so sorry that it was his time to fly up to the Bridge. Our GAs there will give him a hearty welcome and keep him "in good paws" until that wonderful day when you are reunited. You gave him so much love and you listened to him when he told you it was time.

(((((Jill))))) I’m so sorry it was Scooter’s time to go to the bridge. It is the hardest thing ever for us fur parents to know when to know enough to help our babies out of a broken body.

Wishing peace for you and that soon you’ll be able to think of your baby with a smile instead of tears.

He was so young - and that makes it even harder. I'm sorry he was not able to be with you longer. He was lucky to have you as a caring parent. May his gentle spirit fly free, and leave you with great memories of his life with you.:bighug:

He’s looking down on you from the rainbow bridge where he met all of his sugar buddies on the other side, sending you lots of purrs and meows to let you know he’s still a happy kitty and knew you were the best mommy he could ever have! . I heard there are endless birds flying around, mice to chase, and all the fluffy clouds to climb on.

Oh Jill, it is heartbreaking. I have been thinking of you and Scooter. I am so sorry to hear this. I am coming up on one of my kitty's anniversaries - she died on valentine's day, which I now call broken heart day. I know it is heart wrenching pain. I believe that Scooter is still with you and always will be.

Jill, so sorry to hear of your loss of Scooter. :( You had a tremendous love for him- it was evident in the time you spent watching over him each and every day. It’s never an easy decision to let our kitty’s pass but we strive to do what is best for them. His memory will always be tucked inside your heart until you meet up again with him. Jill, I just can’t believe it. I’m so sorry that you have had to let Dear Scooter go. You have done the kindest and most loving thing for him by protecting him from pain and suffering. I’m truly at a loss. You were an amazing mom for Scooter and I’m so happy that You both had a chance to find each other and be together ... even if it wasn’t long enough.

Scooter, you were a great role model and an inspiration to all of the other sugar kitties here, you have left us too soon Fly free and land softly sweet boy :bighug:cat_wings>o
