I increased her Lantus from 1u to 1.5 for yesterday's PM shot.
Will reduce to 1.25u.

Unfortunately, changing her insulin dosage hasn't helped.

I know it's hard to see the higher numbers, especially after seeing a green a couple of days ago. Please be patient. She's so newly diagnosed and will take some time.
Stick with the 1.25 for 3 days/6 cycles then reevaluate. The great news is how Lu is going today...awesome WCR (while cat report).
