Kind of a long night for us. Jade started at 299 and at +2 she had dropped almost 50 so I knew it was going to an active cycle given that that's a bit unusual for her. I tested often and when she hit 99 at +6, I gave her some LC/MC food as it was already 3:30 am (Chicago time) and I couldn't stay up all night poking her. It was for her sake as well as mine as she starts getting super anxious after awhile (me too) plus I had worked and was super tired and knew that my upstairs neighbors kids would be up in a couple hours making enough noise to wake the dead (nightmare neighbors). I figured if I bumped her up at +6 a bit, it would give enough time for her to come back down off the food buzz so that at amps, it would be a natural reading. Hoping for a smooth day.
