Good morning everyone!
This morning peter found some throw up (white liquid) along with a hairball .. We aren't sure if it came from mocha or twix, but we are thinking mocha .. the other day we saw her gag but nothing came up .. Anyways, she soon after had diarrhea .. About two hours later at breakfast time, she wasn't interested. I of course panicked and had to take her BG right away .. 92 .. still low, but on the high end for her .. I locked her up in the bathroom with me while I showered and she still wouldn't eat. Its now an hour and a half past breakfast time and she is just beginning to show interest in her food, but not with much enthusiasm .. keeps coming and going from it ..
She purrs with us petting her or picking her up. She isn't lethargic in any way .. She just kinda seems restless and uninterested with her food, which is VERY unusual for mocha .. she normally runs and does laps in the kitchen and yells at us till it's in front of her face .. None of that today ..
I am trying not to immediately panic and just keep telling myself it's probably the hairball, she probably doesn't feel real good .. but I'm not sure what I should do? Keep checking her BG's? If she doesn't get her appy back, make a vet appt?
Thanks guys!
