Wendi and Milo (GA)

Just got the e-mail from Dr. L that we have been waiting for with the results from his 1 year post SRS follow-up (Jan 25, 2010).
We are still Acro with an IGF-1 of 217, which is up from his 9mth follow-up IGF-1 of 172. The IGF-1 was 345 when he was first dx. I have all his Lab Results up on his SS, which does show a pattern as to the insulin requirements vs. the IGF#.
I think that explains alot. Cuz, lately I have been having trouble trying to understand why his BG numbers are all over the place, and was kinda thinking he was acting more like an acro again, snoring, bottomless pit and all . . .
The study was to only follow these cats for 1 year, but Dr. L has asked that we continue having Milo tested every 3 months and the study will continue to pay for it. She also mentioned that 3 of the cats are now hypothyroid, but so far Milo's is normal.
So, are his recent crappy BG#'s the result of not enough insulin, to much insulin or enlight of the latest test results just typical acro BG's confused_cat
