Replying here instead of yesterday's post. Neko is amongst a group of a handful cats that I know of that had SRT twice, some of those in literature, some in discussion with researchers at CSU and NCSU. It's not common compared to the numbers of cats who have had SRT. Neko's second SRT was over 3 years after the first one, when it was evident her tumour was raging up again. Note that at the time, the average life span of a cat after SRT was sometime between 2-3 years, we'd already beaten that. SRT neuters the tumour cells so they do not reproduce and eventually die off. But that isn't to say new ones don't grow or that the radiation might miss some of the original ones.

Yay! Thanks Wendy, I did it. I knew he would be on the moon if I didn’t but just wanted some reassurance. I don’t know why that made me anxious lol. I know plenty of people on higher doses than Max do, but I’ve never shot a full dose in green (although technically it’s almost a blue).
