OTJ until today...see community for my update which i am typing now, i do not want to clutter up LL (is that even still an issue on this new board?)

SS is updated with all available data.

Desi, even if clutter or traffic were an issue (which it really isn't anymore), you BELONG here so you will never be "clutter!" I was thinking of you the other day and would love to read your updates.
 
It's so nice to see a Tinkerbell update. She has always been such a cooperative and considerate girl. Wishing all the best for her.
Please don't be a stranger. We miss you and your stories.
Now, go get that lock fixed :roll: .
 
Desi, so great to see you! Have missed hearing your updates.

Glad to hear that the new job is going well, though maybe taking up too many hours so far...hope things settle in soon. Usually takes awhile with new ventures.

Great that Tinkerbell had such good numbers for so long! :-D :) Hope the high number was just a blip from the food she got into. Good luck fixing the lock! :mrgreen:

Do you have a SS link yet? Or, is that something you're still figuring out with the new board?

I echo all others here...you BELONG here...long posts, short posts, whatever. We have missed you!
 
Great to see you Desi, and have a Tink update. I was just thinking about you the other day, and wondering how you were. On Saturdays, a lot of the "old timers" post weekly updates, so you might be able to see a few of the old faces on Old Timers Days. LL is Tink's home, and LL is where Tink updates belong!
 
Lock is fixed. & Dyana thank you for reminding me b/c I got up from the computer, walked into the other room, remembered that my project for today was to finish hanging all the window blinds & forgot all about the lock! ROTFLOL! So after I read your post I went straight to the lock!

Now it's back to the blinds...

As you all can see I am not doing the SS link thingy in my sig correctly, help! i checked faqs, where is the "how do i put a link to my SS in my signature?" faq, i could not find it. sorry but i am a technological moron and not up to date on all this stuff.

it's so bad that i'd fix Tink's pic to fit the size required if i knew what a KiB was but i haven't got a clue.

this is why i am not on this new board much i guess!

sorry these posts are in ll and not community or tech, guess i'll just go hang my blinds now and come back later.

i see your ss just fine. to put it in your siggy, click "user control panel" on top right, "profile" on left sidebar, "edit signature" and paste away.

I can read your link just fine. I had trouble with the SS signature/link, too...If you want to 'clean it up', someone suggested I do it like this...

If you add the '' at the end (again, no spaces or quotes) and then type 'Tink's spreadsheet' (no quotes) or whatever words you want...(OK to leave a space between 'Tink' and 'spreadsheet' here) and then add '' (no quotes or spaces) after that, it should look like mine (and others who have done this)...don't put any spaces between any of the symbols or letters (except in your 'title'). Hope this helps! I KNOW someone can explain this way better than I have! :-D

Re. the pic, there is a certain size to the image..maybe in tech they have it somewhere? I forget what it it is! :-D
