Good morning and Happy Friday! Shadow is well into his yellows here. It dawned on me that today is the Full Snow Moon fll_moon so I will blame the numbers on the moon. At least there is that today so I will use it!!
He is fine otherwise with his happy nature bringing so much joy into my day.
Purring his head off all morning as he follows me and jumping onto the testing towel for his test and then the shot later. what a wonderful patient he is.
OT: My doctor said it could take up to a month before i would feel any results from the methimazole. I guess it varies with some feeling better within a short time. The circulating thyroid hormone has to be reduced so I guess it is all relative to how much is in your body. the med stifles the production, but the existing hormone has to be eliminated as far as I understand it.
Thank you all for your loving thoughts yesterday for my DSIL. They will be back at the hospital again all day today....this is just so amazing that she is breathing on her own now. The prognosis is not good, so it is just a matter of time BUT, she is getting to spend more time with her family around her. Her will to live is obviously very, very strong.
