Yesterday's Condo
Good Morning everyone and Happy Monday - I think.
Luci and DH had a nice day off yesterday - only a minimal amount of pokies - that's the good thing about bounces - everyone gets to take a break!
My son and I enjoyed an outing to nearby Sanibel Island. We left early so were able to get on Lighthouse Beach easily - lots of shells up there on that beach - I took a few pics but no shells. I really don't need any more shells...it was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the beach, the breeze and the sunshine and sand!
Lunch on the island was fried chicken at a little spot called The Pecking Order and a visit to a farmer's market was uneventful - too busy for my taste. Driving home we noticed tons of people heading to the island - it was going to be a busy Valentine's day there.
We decided to go and visit the Thomas Edison museum and their waterfront compound. It was lovely with lots of history! If you ever have a chance to go it's worth the time.
