Late as usual lately but didn't want the day to pass by without sending Valentines greetings from us

With love hugs thanks and from us here, including Azalea who reports that she ate all of her liver shake this morning and almost all of her multiple meals today (though she does not like the mouth cleansing before and after!)

Azalea sure does like liver shakes. I've been blending the raw liver with water and then freezing it in ice cube trays and then transferring to freezer bags. That way it's easier to make small portions. She's funny...goes for fresh made, not so much the extra that I refrigerate, even when offered on the same day. Or maybe she feels she's gotten her morning boost for the day. Sometimes she has some every morning, other times it's more like every other day that she dives in. What a miracle food, that's for sure.

Thanks Tricia, I don't seem to ever get caught up anymore either.

Yes I'm also glad that Azalea is eating better. Our little liver shake girl! The routine today was liver shake appetizer, slurry main course.

Have a good gentle night and hope you're not overdoing it with the renovation preparations.

So nice to hear that Azalea is loving her liver shakes. Wonder if you "re-blended" the refrigerated portions and /or the frozen thawed portions if she would think it was "fresh' made again? Oh what we do for our furbabies!

That's for sure!
Good idea about reblending. I've been stirring the refrigerated portion, sometimes it's a go, sometimes not. I make batches for a day's worth at a time.
This morning I added a bit of radcat raw turkey. Nope! But Stella and chewy raw rabbit mixed in was a success in an earlier batch!
Ah, ever the fud dance.

Azalea's appy is in a pretty good groove again. In addition to diving into liver shakes (except for so far this morning), she is definitely soaking in everyone's appy and healing vines . Thank you!

Yes, Azalea having a pretty good morning so far. The liquid prednisolone dose was not a hit though! Only got half of it in, very squirmy about it today. Plus it evokes major saliva which might be a good thing.

Right now I have to go to the shop to open for plumber #2 . The plumbing problem still not resolved. The one who was to come yesterday didn't come...Because...fell off an eight foot ladder and landed on ice and his co-worker. Both were taken to hospital and are now laid up for awhile. Youch...Oh dear for them. Oh dear for us.
Mad scramble to find another plumber who's available ASAP and not backed up (pardon pun) for weeks bc of the recent snows.
