She ate this AM again, gave her a 1 unit shot, then she vomited. I waited 30 mins then gave her more food b/c I didn't want her to throw that up also.

Re-tested at +4 and she is 101 so I decided to give an early snack (usually snack is in 2 more hrs) then at +6 she was 69.

Q: Is it good that I added an extra snack? Or should I stick to her normal feeding which is 7am, 1pm, 5pm and 7pm. All about 1/3 of small wet can from ckd list.

I don't think the snacks are the reason for the high PMPS. Her liver is probably overreacting to the 69 she saw earlier.

I would try to feed her a couple of more meals early on in the day before +6 and, if you have to because she complains, a small snack at +10. The food will help smooth out the curve and reduce the possibility of her dropping precipitously like she did today.

Thanks so much for chiming in @Katherine&Ruby. I did see this last night before bed. I ended up snacking her at +7 last night to try and stabilize her BG a bit. I will continue with her usual snacks today (she always gets one at +6 and +10). She eats 4 times per day and sometimes more if she is ravenous but usually only 1/3 small can wet from CKD list.
