Yesterday's Condo

I guess she's having a little bounce from the 42. Fingers crossed. Tess wants her brekkie even if it is just after midnight. Too early for WCR, later when we get up. Will test during night.

Tess is 183 at +5. She had eaten most of her snack, and gave her another 1/2 ounce which she nibbled at.

Humph! Back up to 196 at +8. Guess this is just a bounce rom yesterday's 42 I just don't like it when she leaves the greens. :cry:

WCR Came in to let us know it was time to get up this morning. 5Ps all in place. We've been monitoring her water bowl quite closely and she has only drunk about 1/3 cup in the last couple of days, but we've been adding a lot to her food, sometimes almost soupy. Right now she's waiting for me to get off tfc and come and brush her.

Am I being too cautious with the dose reductions? Only shaving a little off rather than the full 1/4 step.

Well.. now she's up again, so a skinny 0.5 is okay.
No, but seriously, I don't know. It's only afterward that we can discover that we should have gone to 0.25.
You couldn't have known that.

I think she will be down soon enough, her #'s during the day are usually higher than at night.
So let's see what her PMPS is en decide from there?

Keep in mind that the 184 and 202 are virtually the same number -- it seems different because one's a blue and the other's a yellow. Tess is having a lovely surf right now. And you know if you have any questions about going out to do a few things for yourself, just leave food! Tess is doing great!

Just to scare me while we were gone Tess came up with a 69 for her PMPS, down 127 points in 4 hours. WE tested gain in 15 and still 69, we shot what was probably a very skinny .5 or .25. Not sure I can tell the difference. Tess is eating well and will retest at +1 & +2.

The shot was 15 min late, so we will keep that time. Should not be late enough to function as a dosecrease.
 
Tess is back up to 94 at +1 so the food has kicked in but not the Lantus yet/ She ate about 3/4oz and am giving her a little more check again at +2.
