Yesterday

Day 2 on Levemir!

Tim forgot to do an AMPS so I took a reading after he'd had some food...oh well. He at least was very relaxed about me taking his blood! I'm going out today and Tim won't be home from work later so I'll have to test Mo when I get home around 5:30ish. I'll be leaving food out for the wee man. We have SO many flies in our house at the moment though, it's ridiculous. They might get to the food before he does....

Mo was veeeery purry all night last night and even slept on my pillow! It's becoming a regular occurrence that he comes to sleep with me It's very nice!

Time to get back into old habits again. Paws crossed for Levemir and hopefully good changes for Mo.

Too bad you can't get an earlier mid cycle test for Mo. Changing to Levemir should be done when you can monitor closely. I've seen cats who love nothing but pink find their inner green a shot or two into the switch to Levemir.

I just realised Tim did 5 units instead of 4 Let's hope he'll be ok. I think Tim will be able to get home around early afternoon now so that's good. Phew!

5 units is good, I was suggesting more. He was up to 9.5 units on Lantus so he will likely need at least that or more of Levemir.
