Looks like Macho broke through some glucose toxicity and is speeding down the dosing ladder! Congrats on the reduction!

Reduce to 3.5U or 3.75U? They have been taking reductions in multiples of 0.5U so far.

I agree a reduction is needed. You could try a .50 and if he trends up we can then try a .25 increase. Maybe the .50 will stick.
