can't post much now.....our hearts are forever broken and we are devastated.

She crossed peacefully in my arms. Thank you all so very much, our dear family, for being there through the last week and the last five years.

Gracie, I will miss you sooo much. I grew so close to you. I will miss Lupita Fridays (My mom would read them to me.) My brother Martin is at the Rainbow Bridge:rb_icon: and when you meet i know he will like you very much. He loves to play! Rest in peace dear Graciecat_wings>o, and send your Momma, Pappa, and brother Tobey a sign, for you are and always will be soooo loved.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am crying as I write this. Gracie (May she rest in peace) had the best Momma,Pappa, and brother there is. You took such good care of LBG. My heart breaks for you.
There were so many wonderful times with your little girl, that in time they will bring you joy.

Marje I cannot express how heartbroken I am for you. You and Mike and Gracie fought the most valiant battle I could ever imagine. You moved heaven and earth to give Gracie the very best. Gracie had the best parents imaginable and the love that flowed between you all was bright like a shining star. May your memories of the good times and all the shared love give you strength to help you through this sad sad time. Hugs and tears!!!

I'm so sorry! Marje I don't think we ever "met" but we've been following Gracie's progress for the last week. You were wonderful beans and I'm sure Gracie knew it.

Beautiful Gracie. There are so many tears around the world for Gracie today. I'm so sorry Marje and Mike. What a sad sad day. She was so incredibly loved by you and by her extended family here as well as on Facebook. She had the cutest little face and could give the stink-eye with such conviction. Loved seeing her hiding in the closet among your sweaters and basking in the sun on her special catio. What a joyful little kitty. I like to believe that BigMac has welcomed her in his big paws to cuddle her and then they run off to play with so many of their friends. I wish peace and comfort to you and Mike. I feel like I've met Gracie through your words and pictures and I'm feeling shattered today. I can't imagine how you feel. I know how deeply you loved her. Neko has been unusually vocal this morning - I think she misses her Soul Sista too.

Tears are streaming down my face as I read this in my condo from Carla. . I just can't believe it's true. I feel like I've lost one of my own. I have no words at this point. I just hope you can feel the cyber hugs I'm sending. Wish I could do more. :bighug: Rest in peace sweet Gracie. Send comfort to your family.

I'm devastated and heartbroken for you. Gracie was so incredibly loved. Many more prayers going up for you all. So, so very sorry Marje.
 
This is the saddest day I have ever seen in L&L Land. All our kitties are special and loved by the whole "family", but Gracie was the most special - we all felt like she was ours. Her sass and spunk and the infamous stink eye captured our hearts and held them fast. We all looked forward to Lupita Fridays, watching to see if the Principessa would grant poor 'Pita the favor of a purr, just once. We all weep with you, and we each now have an identical hole in our hearts.

I hope you and Mike can feel the love and support flowing toward you and Tobey. The gift you gave her today was the most loving, selfless gift of the many she received in her short life. I know it was the hardest decision you've ever made.

I just do not have the right words, I understand the pain.

so many of our beloved guardian angels that had gone before you.

The sky will shine brighter tonight with their new star.

I am newer on this forum, but I have read your posts and know that your Gracie was much loved by you, your husband and so many others here. I am so sorry for your loss, you did all you could. Fly free sweet girl. cat_wings>o

Gracie is so loved here by everyone. My heart and prayers go out to you both. Give Tobey lots of scritches from Katie and me.
