Weezer spent quite a bit of time in yellow yesterday, with some pink, mostly preshots. But look at her AMPS today; 237 Is her lowest preshot yet! Go Weezer!

More on the LB change. Yesterday I told how we had given Weezer back her old litter box, after an experiment with the Smart Box that left me (and her) less than happy. She used to be a very careful coverer, but with the Smart Box she would hop in, do her business, cover as little as modesty would permit and hop out. The first time she used her old box yesterday she scratched and scratched before making her deposit, then she turned over every piece of litter in the box at least twice. I swear she was grinning when she came out!

Nice sunny AMPS today Weezer! yay!

Isn't it funny how much joy they get out of covering their business? We always joke that Tarragon is making a sand castle after he used the lb.

Good Morning Linda & Weezer,

Nothing beats a good session in the litterbox, getting everything just right. Rusty does this too. His litterbox is a great source of pride to him and he tends it beautifully. It's great that Weezer has her old box back and is enjoying it! Nice AMPS, too!!

Hi guys .. great numbers today weezer! So glad she has her old box back and she is a happy kitty .. Twix buries her business quite well, but mocha has no problem at all leaving it out for us to enjoy! Have a great day guys!

I have tried to teach Bailey to cover her poo, but somehow she got the instructions backward. She gets in the box, scratches the litter into a big pile, then squats over the pile. :roll: Afterwards she will scratch the sides of the box, the wall, anything but the litter to try and cover it. Harley actually covers it for her sometimes. :lol: :lol: Glad Weezer is enjoying having her LB back!

the funny thing around here is that no matter who...no matter which box...

Funny about the box. Morgaine has always had her wires crossed. She would go poo and then try to cover her food! Go figure that out! She doesn't do it anymore nor does she cover her poo. She is in and out asap these days but always does her poo in the back of the box, far, far away from the area she reserves for wet stuff. They are all so interesting in their habits.

First...congrats on Weezer's lowest PS ever - woohoo, go Weezer!

Second...LOL on the LB situation!!! Oh, she sounds like SUCH a happy girl to have her old playground back! I swear, my guys are either going for distance or digging for China in their boxes. The girls are a little daintier about it.

The really sad thing is that, with 6 cats, I can tell you exactly WHO is in a box at any given time, just by the sound of their digging style. I swear to you, it's the God's-honest truth! A few years ago, a really, really dumb person asked me if I could tell the difference between my cats (apparently she had "cats" confused with "white mice" - um, DUH!!!!); I told her I could tell who was who just by the litter box sounds :lol: !

Moonie digs far enough down in her LB, that I think she goes on the journey to the center to the earth!!
That is the most energy she expends in a day! :lol: :lol: :lol: She is very particular about that!

linda, i missed weezer's acro and iaa diagnosis. i'm sorry, but as i'm sure the others have said... at least you know what this apparent insulin resistance is all about. he's lucky to have you on his side.
