After a red start yesterday, Weezer divided her time between checking the pink and yellow floors, where she decided to clock in this morning. The way she was playing last night I kind of expected a lower PMPS.

I’m off work until after the new year, so it’s time for this bean to get serious about holiday making. It just doesn’t seem like Christmas yet. The warm weather here makes it a bit of a challenge each year, but especially now the spirit eludes me. Time to pull out the ho ho music and plaster on that smile.

Wishing a kitty day for all, plenty of purrs, play, sunny spots and lots of love.

Enjoy your time off! Things get so hectic around this time of the year that it is easy to lose the spirit of Christmas. Happy decorating, baking, shopping, etc. today.

!Oh, I know what you mean about the elusive Christmas spirit...we're there, too. But, really, we do all have reason to celebrate and be thankful...we've got eachother. And heck, what I wouldn't give for a warm Christmas....I'm sooooo over cold winters :lol: Enjoy your time off!!

Morning!! Nice yellow day beginning!! Even though it wont be a white Xmas, I still believe it is that time!!
It's in the 50's here today, so kinda doesnt feel like the season, but since men-o pause, I hate the heat in any way, shape or form, & am always sweaty!! Swear, I cant wait for the cold!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hi guys .. I like that weezer is starting off sunny yellow for you today! We don't have any snow here in MI either .. it's hard to remember Christmas is in three short day's .. I hope you guys have a great day!
 
WeeWeezer - nice moves this morning! I like that yellow you started out with this morning!

Linda - I wonder why lots of us just can't seem to get in the Christmas spirit this year. In the past, I've truly enjoyed wrapping all the gifts, decorating the house, baking - this year, it's been an absolute CHORE. I didn't put up a stocking one (have one for each of us!), didn't put up my door wreath, didn't even stick the snowflakes on the windows. If DH hadn't put up a lighted PVC tree in the yard, we wouldn't even have had ANY decor.....

BIG HUGS and hope you DO find that spirit hiding in among the music,
 
punkin is up there playing with weezer! i always tell myself it could be higher, so at least it's not more.

the music helps me get in the spirit. i think it's hard to go from working to holiday without a bit of a prep time/break in between. i may bake today too - i have most everything done (nothing wrapped, but that's usual) but i haven't baked because i can't resist eating what i make. baked goods are my weakness! :lol:

I am all bah humbug this year and have no clue why. No tree, no stockings, no holiday decor of any kind in my house. I just couldn't bring myself to do it and then have to put it all away again. DH says I've become lazy since my baby is 21 and that I will kick it back in when we have grandkids. We'll see. :-D However, presents are all bought and wrapped now the baking.

That is the cutest picture of a pissed off looking cat if I have ever seen! :lol: :lol: I'm glad I'm not the only one not feeling the Christmas spirit this year, it's getting worse every year! I wonder what's up with that? It all just seems like a hassle.

i'll be curious to see what this last dose increase does for him. sandy & i were talking about how we still need to let doses settle in even with the iaa/acro - somehow hit the balance of being aggressive enough to keep the numbers down but still allowing lantus to be lantus and waiting through any NDW as you increase.
 
Linda, Just getting caught up on posts. I know you will handle Weezer's dx. It's a tough pill to swollow but know you have a lot of support behind you. This disease can really knock the socks off beans.

I'm so with you on the lack of Christmas spirit. I am so looking forward to Monday when it is all over. Ollie is handling the warm weather...even sharing his food with feather ants :shock: Guess they like FF better than the MD from last year!

I haven't had time to open a condo the past few days. Thinking of you. :YMHUG:
 
Weezer, that AMPS is better than yesterday... but I know you can do even better. Work the juice! :lol:

Nice AMPS. How were Weezer's numbers the rest of the day? I know that you both are up to the challenge and that once you settle in all will seem less daunting. So try to enjoy the holidays. I really love this time of year, especially now that I am older: there are so many memories to savor.
