Good morning everybody. Thinking I’m supposed to increase tonight or tomorrow?

With TR you can increase after 6 cycles, so you could increase tonight.

I’m going to increase to 8.5 tonight but I sure hope nothing crazy happens because I am feeling under the weather, not good at all.
