She started drinking more water the last 2 days. I haven't noticed any excessive urination yet.
Two days ago, she stole a grilled LambChop and yesterday evening she got her paws on a chicken cutlet. Maybe it's the 'human food'.
Everything else seems normal. All 5 Ps. Yesterday and the day before she played for 10 straight minutes before needing to rest.
Her RRR was 19 last night.

Guess my question is when is excessive drinking reason for a Vet visit?

she stole a grilled LambChop

I know this was bad behavior, but I would’ve loved to have seen that. Did she growl when you tried to get it back?

Kona’s sister, Cleo, steals human food alll the time. You can’t turn your back for literally one second while in the kitchen. She will growl when you try to take back the food. Ha ha

I hope the extra thirst turns out to be nothing but the lambchop… maybe the spices you put on it? Any salt or seasonings?

I drink a lot when I eat what she had so I'd chime in with the others and wait to see how she's doing. Also it's excessive drinking but not urinating.

I wish I had the presence of mind to film the LambChop Heist. It was an undercooked Australian cut piece. (No salt added but it was seasoned with fresh parsley and some basil). I had put it to the side to sear a few minutes longer. While I stepped away to get a more cooked one for myself, I came back to find that she had one paw holding the bone against the plate and was ripping the flesh off the lollipop part. She had also lapped up the bloody juice from the plate. She didn't growl that I could hear but I did get a meow hiss warning when I entered the room o_O. She did walk around the rest of the night with her chest out and tail high. Guess she was proud of her hunt :cat:.

Last night's chicken cutlet caper did have salt seasoning.

She hasn't touched her water glass today yet so I'll just be mindful of her intake over the next couple of days.

Thanks to you all for putting my mind at ease. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Wow, she is a feisty little hunter, isn’t she, Angela? Cleo, behave for your Mom! I hope it turns out to be no biggie, Angela. :bighug::bighug:
