Checkers seemed puzzled at the change in shot time this morning. I've been doing the 15 min time change.
He sat on the couch staring at me, when I sat down, with my ~O) , instead of shooting.
Breffis is eaten, sink water drunk, nap in progress.
All is well in Checkerboy's world.

Re: 11/6 Checkers amps 232

isn't amazing how cats know their shot time  Do Lou seems to always know his well most of time I did oversleep 2 days a while back and I am thinking hey where is my cat alarm  Nice amps for Checkers

Re: 11/6 Checkers amps 232

Happy Caturday, Barb. It seems that lots of our kitties are not liking this time change. You'd think I was starving them all this morning with their crying and pacing. I'm glad to see Checkers doing so well.

Re: 11/6 Checkers amps 232

My guys know something's up and they aren't getting fed when they're "supposed" to. I'm amazed to see how many of our cats can tell time!

Re: 11/6 Checkers amps 232

That's so funny...they are really little alarm clocks!!

Barb...I already have one of the Pioneer Pet ceramic fountains that Lisa gave the link to.... LOVE it and so do the cats. I would not get the stainless steel
because it gets water deposits in it...even with bottled water. I don't buy the filters and it works just great. We've had the ceramic one about a year
and it does not get any deposits on it....it is deep (which my cats love); I clean and refill it a couple times a week.

Have a great day!

Re: 11/6 Checkers amps 232

Nice to see the greens in Checkers SS lately. No need to bounce any further Checkers, this is getting to be familiar territory.

Re: 11/6 Checkers amps 232

Marjorie, thanks for fountain info. I use bottled water most, but not all of the time, and get less deposit, but still have to scrub it. I think rough scrubbing leaves scratches for bacteria to get into. Like my cats' mouths don't have bacteria...the little floor lickers.
I just got home, guess I should do my SS today, and check Checkers' friends' condos. :-D

Oh, I hope the PM shot was a good one.*sigh*. He was lying on the testing table, facing me. I know better than to touch his sides, but he looked so ripe for the pickings.
I just got the shot, when I saw a paw and teeth coming at my hand. Sorry Checkers, mom's faster than you.. Still, he moved, and now I wait to see if it took. Thank Heavens the needle wasn't broken. Whew!
He has no problem at all, with scruff shots, and if he's facing away from me, I can get shoulder. That's it.

We had a yellow day, except for +3, a 180

Hey Checkers, you know better than to move around while your mamabean is giving your shot!! Are you still not accepting the time change??
Hi Barb, It really is amazing what good "internal clocks" cats have. They are creatures of habit, that's for sure! Is it snowing in your neck of the woods today? We've had flurries all day with some accumulation. I got the winter tires put on a couple of days ago, so I'm READY!!!

Have a good weekend (what's left of it)!

Ella

Hi! Seems I missed your condo this morning.. bad me! Checkers is taking it easy today? nice and yellow... a day of rest. Hope the last shot was OK - I hate it when they move like that.
