I have to leave for work in 30 minutes and will be gone for 7 hours. Do I give her shot? I will test again before feeding.

Stall without feeding and test after 20 mins from the first test. Let me look at your SS and revert.

She is flat so that is good. Do you have an autofeeder?
Can you feed and shoot and get a test before leaving? That way you can leave out higher carb food if needed for her.

I’m going to stay home to monitor her. I have food with gravy that is 15 carbs and I think that’s the highest I have. I also have temptation treats

I did stay home. Love this cat and know I’d worry all day if I went to work! Just created another post because her PMPS tonight is 104 and I don’t know what to do in terms of shot/dose. She was blue all day today
