Drove to NJ shore yesterday. Progress occurring, but just lots of devastation. We visited a few of our shore hang-out places. One devastated and the other was on higher ground but no electricity. But in true NJ fashion, they were open with a free buffet all day because the stuff in the freezers was thawing. So they just served it all for free rather than let it go bad. $2 beers, windows overlooking the marina and Manasquan River (near Point Pleasant) and candles on the bar and tables. And the ladies room
Leo is better, but oddly twitchy at home. He loves looking out his back door but is skittish. I jammed 20% down his throat to leave yesterday afternoon and gave Chicken Feast to stop the end of a bounce so I could get some sleep. I think the pharmacy is open today so I will head over in a bit for Leo's syringes. I've used the two I have now 4 times each. He didn't seem to flinch any more than normally.
Happy Sunday in LL.
OH!!!!! Don't forget your meters probably need to be adjusted for daylight savings time too!!!
