Hi,

So Comet was 95 @ AMPS and then was 113 @ PMPS just now. I was hoping for under 100, but I realize it is only the first OTJ Trial day.

He had 2 meals and a small snack for AM

I fed him 2 tblsp of food which is probably about 1 - 1 1/2 oz compared to his 2-3oz he normally gets. Then I should check in 3-4 hours? If he is lower can I fed again before bed?
If he is higher, then what do we do?

Any advice of possible outcomes please! :nailbiting:
 
There are a couple of things you want to do:

First, set your auto-feeder to give him a small snack at +9 in both cycles. See if that helps bring the PS down
Secondly, when you get a blue PS, test again after 3 hours to see if he comes down into green. Don't feed in those 3 hours (that is, feed at PS but not for 3 hours after).

We still have not gotten him chipped or an auto feeder. I am gone for his AM +9, but I can set an alarm to wake up for a PM +9 I will try that tonight.
If he is Blue for his +3 can I still feed him or what should I do?

Some cats through the occasional blue during at OTJ trial. Let us give it a little time and see. :bighug:

Ok sounds good! So can I give him his full meal amount? He typically eats at his +4 anyways before heading to bed. I will try the +9 tonight as well. And yes, I’ve noticed with the Drop Dose he was always in the Blue at least once a day. Will try to remain hopeful, I just want a strong remission for him. So we will take our time
