He is still not well, but it is pretty clear everything is going in the right direction. Eating more and more on his own, and his naughty personality is coming back.

Great update! So what happens with the medication? Is it something that is given for a certain amount of time, then done? Or you have to taper it? Or is it lifelong?

Usually there are precisely 84 doses, once daily. Three lab tests along the way. Then 84 days of observation before declaring a cure!

Oh yes, still syringe feeding but the funniest thing is that now he likes it. It's like feeding a baby with a spoon!
He opens his mouth and I squeeze in the food, it's hilarious. He especially likes the Combo, which is A/D, hydracare, and seasoned with fortiflora.

Myfriemd who used the medication you are using needed more than 84 days. I don’t recall how much longer though. Her cat was cured!
