I keep thinking about this - while this is a suggestion on the SLGS sticky, these guidelines are meant as a starting place, not as hard and fast rules. You can decide to increase the dose because of her numbers. You test enough for Tight Reg, and she's not eating dry food regularly, so if you want to switch to the guidelines for Tight Reg you could. That would allow you to call this a failed reduction and go back up in dose at whatever point you want, without waiting an entire week.
You test so much that it's pretty clear what's going on with her blood sugar, so if you want to be more aggressive than the SLGS suggests, I think it would be ok. My opinion only. It's up to you.
I wouldn't worry so much about that - your goal is to get her blood sugar controlled. Then the pancreas can heal in if it's possible to do so, and it also protects the body from the damage of high blood sugar. Having a high dose cat, people often told me that the most important numbers are the blood sugar, not the size of the dose. I've remembered that - it's very true.
by the way, I love how you've bolded the numbers in the spreadsheet. Makes it SO easy to see!
