Hi everyone! I know we haven't posted in a few days, I had to take a small break, but I did visit some condos and see everyone is doing pretty well. Hugs to Chris.

I was wondering if you guys could send some vines to Spot. He is not feeling well this morning. It started last night. He did not eat much of his nini snack....I had to actually get him to go to the bedroom to get it. He then spent most of the night sleeping on my recliner. Around 4:30 am he got up and went to the LB and peed then finally jumped up on the bed with me. He stayed until I got up, at 5:30 am. There was no pacing or zippy pants this morning. He just layed on the floor in the living room. I had to pick him up for his test. He purred for me, not very loud, but it was a purr. He ate some FD chicken after his test, but did not do his usual run to the kitchen for his breakfast. I fixed his dish but instead of putting water in his food I put some tuna juice and sprinkled some chicken dust over it. I had to go get him to eat. He licked up the juice and ate some of the food. I kept putting more juice in it and then put some probiotics on top and he ate more. After putting more juice and then some FD chicken livers on top, he ate most of it. I saw him sitting in front of the water dish in my bedroom twice, but he wasn't drinking when I saw him. He was laying on my bed when I left for work.

Mom is home today so she can keep an eye out on him, but I'm going to call the vet and get him in after I get off of work. I'm not sure how often I can get on the board today since I have TONS of stuff to do here at work and will be leaving soon for a meeting, but I will keep you all updated with anything new if I can.

Have a great day guys, and thanks!

Of course we will send vines to spot! I hope you can get him into the vet and get this figured out ... maybe he just has an upset tummy ... Please keep us updated if you can ... try and have a good day!

Spot? You sick? We all sure hope not... Mannie and I send a ton of healing vines your way.. Be better, OK?

Spot?? What's up?? Can I come and see you, help you feel better? The KTS will bring you some chicken soup - that always works! Don't be sick, OK? ~~ Mannie

Re: 11/2 Deb's Spot amps 134/+4.5~ 115

He's come down a little. When I spoke to mom Spot had moved from the bed to his window seat. He got up and jumped on the kitchen counter. She tested and he went to his feeder. He ate about 3/4 of it.
Vet apt. for 4:00 tonight...unfortunately our regular vet is off until Thursday and we have to see "that" vet. Something about her I don't like, but I guess in situations like this, you can't be choosy.
Thanks for the vines!

Re: 11/2 Deb's Spot amps 134/pmps~ 82

Wow, the KTS chicken soup and all the kitty board vines really worked!!! Grammie let Spot outside for a good part of the afternoon. When I got home from work Spot was acting like his old self! He was up and about, eyes nice and bright and alert. He came right to me for his test and had no problem eating his treat nor his snack...w/o any additives! He came outside with me when I went out to finish cleaning up the filter to the pool and hung out there for a while. When we came back in he decided my lap would be the most purrrrrrfect place to hang out for a while. Furry and purry for his pmps and at his whole bowl of food for dinner. He did some grooming after eating and is now snoozing on one of the dining room chairs. Whatever he had is gone! I canceled the vet visit.
So, here's a recap of today's numbers:

amps~134
+4~115
+5.5~95

Re: 11/2 Deb's Spot amps 134/ PM+4 ~ 60

I have only five things to say: The Power Of The Board!
That's the only thing it could be....well, that and the KTS chicken soup!

I have to confess....when I saw how well Spot was doing after work, I said to my mom...I guess that chicken soup helped. She looked at me and said..."Chicken soup?" I told her that a bunch of the kitties from the board came over in the afternoon and gave Spot chicken soup so that he would feel better. I expected her to say something like, you're crazy, but instead she just smiled and chuckled...like she was envisioning a bunch of kitties over at the house with this big pot of chicken soup...
Moms........gotta love em!

Well, time for nini snack and nini....thanks again everyone for the vines...I know that's what helped (thanks kitties for the soup, too).............Lubs, Deb ;-)

ah... your mom is great! that is so cool - a chuckle. you gotta love the moms.

I am glad that Spot is feeling better. YAY! Bring on the board, bring on the KTS.
