Good Morning, Everyone,
Getting a late start this morning--the Full Beaver Moon Party must have broken up very late!! We are feeling the high winds from those storms that hit the MidWest yesterday. We hope that all of our LL family made it safely through the tornadoes.
Rusty had a good night, ate all of his nighttime food at some point (probably close to AMPS, as is often the case), and this morning had a good test, shot, breakfast, lung treat, nap in his little basket by the radiator, but no schmooze. His bg is right back up there again. This is the 7th cycle on the new, fattened dose, and I am inclined to add another drop either this evening or tomorrow morning.
Our weather is dark and dreary and still unseasonably warm, but the temperatures are dropping and after the aftermath of the big storm moves through, we are supposed to get back to cold temperatures. We must go out and put the reflector-spikes that outline the driveway into the ground while the ground is still soft (we need these for our snowplow guy).
Wishing all a good day. Healing vines are on the way for all who need them,
Ella & Rusty
Yo Kitties, The Full Beaver Moon Party was a blast! Wow, did we ever have fun! It was a little tricky getting into the beaver lodge because the door was under the water, but the beavers provided us all with warm "coats" when we got inside. It felt weird looking like a beaver and seeing all my friends looking like beavers! We thank the big rodents for their hospitality. I have a new respect for rodentia!

p.s. I'm heading over to Mannie's tree house today to remember him on his 7-month anniversary GA. I'm thinking that we need to start up the daily adventures again. Come join me. I'll bring the party leftovers and we can munch away, remember Mannie, and have a few zips on the zip line. Elsa, Bug and Lola will be there, of course.
