Good Morning, Everyone,

Getting a late start this morning--the Full Beaver Moon Party must have broken up very late!! We are feeling the high winds from those storms that hit the MidWest yesterday. We hope that all of our LL family made it safely through the tornadoes.
Rusty had a good night, ate all of his nighttime food at some point (probably close to AMPS, as is often the case), and this morning had a good test, shot, breakfast, lung treat, nap in his little basket by the radiator, but no schmooze. His bg is right back up there again. This is the 7th cycle on the new, fattened dose, and I am inclined to add another drop either this evening or tomorrow morning.

Our weather is dark and dreary and still unseasonably warm, but the temperatures are dropping and after the aftermath of the big storm moves through, we are supposed to get back to cold temperatures. We must go out and put the reflector-spikes that outline the driveway into the ground while the ground is still soft (we need these for our snowplow guy).

Wishing all a good day. Healing vines are on the way for all who need them,

Ella & Rusty

Yo Kitties, The Full Beaver Moon Party was a blast! Wow, did we ever have fun! It was a little tricky getting into the beaver lodge because the door was under the water, but the beavers provided us all with warm "coats" when we got inside. It felt weird looking like a beaver and seeing all my friends looking like beavers! We thank the big rodents for their hospitality. I have a new respect for rodentia!

p.s. I'm heading over to Mannie's tree house today to remember him on his 7-month anniversary GA. I'm thinking that we need to start up the daily adventures again. Come join me. I'll bring the party leftovers and we can munch away, remember Mannie, and have a few zips on the zip line. Elsa, Bug and Lola will be there, of course.

Hi Ella. Good luck with the dosecrease when you give it. Hope Rusty works it and gets his numbers down some.

Hope the weather doesn't get too nasty. Have a great day.

Re: 11/18 Rusty AMPS 245

Hello Ella
Hoot missed the party lastnight as he had company. Maybe next time
Good luck with the drop increase ;-)
I remember that stuff called snow. I actually miss it.
But just when you could enjoy it. Not when you had to actually function in it, like work, driving.....
Hope you get your reflectors out before the snow plow guy comes around ;-)
Enjoy your day!

Re: 11/18 Rusty AMPS 245

I think lots of kittehs are bouncing around after that party last night! Tess just wants to snooze the morning away, but says she can do that at the tree house. She was sniffing around Elsa's delivery this morning. She wants to make sure she is awake enough to drive the bus up to WA!

Stay warm, I hope the weather systen eases up a bit but the time it gets to you. How was your party?

Re: 11/18 Rusty AMPS 245

I hope Rusty slides down today.

In case you didn't see, I mentioned in Furball's condo yesterday that the Gentamicin seems to have cleared up her ear infection.

Keep sliding down Rusty please. I think you had a bit too much of Tess's fabulous suffle's last night. Maybe you and Neko can find the way down from the yellow floor together. I hope the weather turns less dreary for you soon.

I'm on my way down the I-5 to the treehouse. Darn border line-ups! Zip lines sounds great! ~Neko

Hi Ella
Dark and Dreary equals extra candles and some cocoa, fuzzy jammies and a good book/movie :-D Well, that's how I'm treating it  Hope your having a good day. Rusty, slide down a bit more for your mamabean.

Hey Rusty, I hope it's ok if I come to Mannie's Remembrance. I didn't get to know him but from all the great stories you guys were telling me last night, I know we woulda been great chums! I am soooo excited to start having adventures with you guys! Woo Hoo!

Hi again,
Talk about flat yellow!!! Rusty couldn't get much flatter. Because flat yellow often can precede a drop in blood glucose, I didn't add a drop of insulin tonight to his dose. We'll see what happens next before deciding to take his dose up.

Hey Kitties, it was great to see so many of you at Mannie's tree house today. It was almost like old times. Thanks for hosting, Elsa (and Bug and Lola, too). Let's do something fun tomorrow. Tess, how about riding dune buggies on your dunes?

Thanks for visiting T and asking about my half. I had one Nov 9 and have another one next Sunday. I used the last one (200 people) as a training run since this weekend is the BIG one for Tulsa -- Route 66. There are 15,000 signed up for the half and full.

No tornadoes here, thankfully. I hope you have a great night!!!

Hi Ela - sorry to be so late in visiting you today. No clue where my day went....

OOOOOOOOOOOOOO! YES!!! The dune buggies!!!! I alwyas loved the fun buggies, and the dunes dunes, and the sandy fur afterwards,    Good choice Ella! Too funny on the zip lines too. I remember the day Mannie added the ziplines to the treehouse. what fun. LOL on Neko and the border line-ups. and more than true! and I hear Tess drank all he beans ~O) this morning just so she could drive the bus. oh oh....

FLAT yellow for sure for Rusty today. I will hoe that means a good day for Rusty tomorrow. Wise idea I think not to add that extra drop, just yet. I so hope he will head on down tomorrow.

wow on the weather. I hope you got your spikes in for the driveway, and the snowplow guy. Gotta amke sure he knows what is what, and won;t plow down any kitty snow fort.... or tunnels...

Have a great rest of your evening!

Wow, flat yellow Rusty. Not bad considering all that was consumed and enjoyed at the full moon party! Zener has been way up there today, ropes needed! Paws crossed Rusty hops on the overnight slide and is back in the lagoon soon!

The beaver lodge visit was the highlight of the night. I's never thought I's ever get to go swimming and it was cool to see how those giant rodents do it. I's think we could have gotten some of dem dancing if we coulda squeezed my picnic table in the underwater door. Loved my coat and wanted to bring it home for winter walks in the snow. The party sure helped my sis Tillie get her appy back on track. I's can't wait until the next party!. -Zener
