Got two days of daytime curve. I may have increased him too fast.

Carl has never done well in the lower ranges, the times I've been able to keep him in low 200 high 100 have when he seemed the most content.

(I will be able to get more frequent daytime readings over the next couple of days. Nighttime readings would be optimal; living alone with multiple health issues, breaking my sleep pattern cascades into other issues.)

Thank you for any advice

Why do you think you've increased too fast? What is his BG this morning?

This morning was 193 and this evening 186. He's drinking less water and his appetite seems less but he is eating. Mostly Dr Elseys.

I thought I went too high too fast because on another post I read that they can read high if the dose is changed too quickly because the body thinks something happened? Along those lines? I'll have to find it.

It’s possible but you haven’t increased quickly. With SLGS you evaluate every 7 days. Carl’s nadirs show he needed the increase.

Nice to see the lower amps and pmps. So far the increase is a success.

I presume you're working or otherwise unable to catch a mid-cycle number? It sure would have been nice to see how low that dose took him during the most effective times...it would be great to get a couple of night time tests in - yes, I know, miserable to have to get up to check on Carl, but oh so very informative. It'll help you with dosing decisions.
