WRC: All P's Very Present
Good Wednesday Morning Everyone
Please pardon me for not posting last night. My appointment was over 40 minutes away. After business, got home JUST in time to shoot at 87 and realized (just before Wal-Mart Pharmacy was to close) that I was out of strips!!!! (I knew that but forgot to stop on the way home trying to get here in time to shoot ohmygod_smile ). When I came in the door, Gandolf, who typically greets me at the door, did not. Even calling he didn't come. I had to go get him. He was in his usual upstairs spot but was just waking up and seemed groggy and listless. He had not eaten ANYTHING since I left. Nothing! The litter box, too, was unused. Shot 2.5U at 87 anyway and had to jet to the store and back (& and pick up something to eat for myself...it was crazy). So, to shoot and leave at 87, knowing he hadn't eaten a thing and him turning his nose up at all the LC I put down, I fed him some HC/LC mixed )which you can see what it did. Did the store thing, came home, tested and then hit the hay (had him sleep with me so I could watch). I do beg your pardon.
But we're back on track this morning. Also, he's very much "himself" this morning. Butting heads, asking for food, checking things out. Maybe his body has to go through an adjustment period to these low numbers.
( BTW: the presentations went very well and I have 2 new clients! and, in a different location, the start of a new program! They both went well! TYJ!)
Wishing all our buddies in battle a victorious day with lots of progress! Thank you all for your support and kindness!
