I don't think i've mentioned that I have a 2 bowl timed cat feeder. So if I have to go out immediately after the shot/feed, I can set the bowls to open for 1 hour and 2 hours after the shot, so that is what I did yesterday.

Sorry I'm not feeling that well today. I got a +2.5

I gave him his feed meant for +3 - wish I could say I had a great time last night and have a terrible hangover, but I didnt drink so I could drive, but didnt sleep anyway and just feel grotty today!

His BG is 9.4

9.4x 18 right? If so that is 169

The google sheet was/is playing up, it wouldnt/wont show me the us values.

That was happening anyway but then I tried to print download the info (just incase there was a power cut or something and I couldnt get on line, so I could see the pattern) and I seem to have done something strange to the google sheet

No, its just been a really hard year and I feel at breaking point on so many levels. Hopefully one of these days I will 'breakthrough'.

I have some infrared lights - for health. Ive had them for years, in a little Wendy house type thing to keep the heat in. Marley has started joining me- he takes infrared saunas, for the last 4 or 5 days!! If I am not having one that day, he goes in there anyway and I put the lights on for him for a bit!

I didn't yet. Do I def have to? Yesterday it seems to shoot up as soon as I gave him that teaspoon of food. He has had plenty of days where I didnt feed him with low numbers and he held them. I will post some examples......one sec

Yes, looks like his nadir is at +4 and then he starts rising. You can stop testing till PMPS.
