Dosecrease it is then. bumped to 3.75 tonight BUT I discovered something very disturbing. I decided to check his ears and I got more black gunk out of them than ever before. So the new drops the vet gave me are not working at all. This is the 3rd different type of drops we have tried and nothing seems to work. Well the 1st ones made it worse. The 2nd ones (with steroids) cleared it up but it kept coming back. These 3rd ones seem to be making it worse like the 1st ones. SO...I will be calling the vet again on Monday and asking her if I should just switch back to the steroid drops and maybe give them for 3 weeks instead of 10 days and see that happens..or ask if she has anything else..anything stronger. I don't even care about the steroids anymore as long as it kills this nasty infection. We have been battling this for six months now!!
