? 10/28 Shooter AMPS 314

Night before last I saw a green and thought finally we were done bouncing and headed back on track. Now last night and this morning are showing that's not the case. Can someone explain to me what is going on??
Should I be worried? Is something wrong with him since that 28 on 10/23?

Hi Heather,
I'm sure experts will chime in but I am wondering if Shooter IS still bouncing from 66 (or did he go lower) in the PM cycle on the 26th?
That was a good amount of drop that evening.
Of course, Shooter may be scheming the "high before low" thing as well.
Hope he surfs nicely and gently downward today!

I think the big drop when clearing the bounce the night of 10/26 has led to another bounce.
