Good Morning, Everyone,
Rusty didn't want to get out of the blankets this morning. It's 32 degrees outside and windy (not great bicycling weather, so I'm glad I cancelled the ride). After his great day yesterday, capped off by his vigorous playing yesterday evening, Rusty is starting out today with exactly the same number as last night's PMPS. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket. He woke us up an hour early and then finished his nighttime food before coming back to bed. This morning he had a good test, shot, breakfast (first sitting), lung treat, and once again prefers his little bed by the radiator to a schmooze. I took the opportunity to read a chapter in my book.
We all enjoyed the first game of the World Series last night, especially since the Red Sox won (Edward has switched allegiance and now is rooting for the Red Sox, too). Can't wait until game 2 tonight. Today will be a day of odds and ends and a walk later. It's senior day at the health-food store (15% off every Thursday), so I'll be shopping there today. The sun just came out for a brief look around. They had a foot of snow in the Tug Hill Plateau ("lake effect" snow off Lake Ontario), but here in the Adirondacks it is just cold and only flurries are predicted.
Wishing all a good day, Healing vines to all who need them,
Ella & Rusty
