Good meowning
A bit higher start this AM not sure why as he's be producing really nice numbers lately.

Last night he was playing a lot. My heart was so happy to see him so active and playful again. It's funny cause for few years now he kinda stopped playing by himself and when he did play it was usually very short lived. I just took it as a sign of him getting older and being sick and maybe not feeling great. Few weeks ago when I was going through my old photos and videos I came across some, of younger Nestle playing with his favorite toy, the spring. I realized I still have many of those springs in their toy basket so I started spreading the springs all over the apartment. There were few times already when I caught him playing with the springs. Usually in the evening and for a short period of time. But still it made me happy.
But last night he had a really long play session and I also engaged with him and he continued to play. It feels like I got my sweet boy back. And I wanted to share this story cause it makes my heart so happy

Here's one of the videos of Nestle playing. Even Peanut was watching in awe (he usually tries to engage whenever Nestle plays) so it was nice to see he was letting him play. Maybe he was shocked too?!?!??
And please excuse the mess I'm still not feeling well.

I don't know what it is about those springs but Nestle loves them. Always has. By far his fav toy.
Hopefully you can find some and Esse falls in love with them as well

Trixie and my other kitty (Seven) absolutely love these toys! Every weekend, it's like a treasure hunt for me to find them under the sofas and anywhere else they may be hiding. They both get so excited when they see me moving furniture because they know I'm going to find them and throw them around for them to play with.

So happy that Nestle has been feeling frisky and playful. I can see why it would make your heart happy.

Trixie and my other kitty (Seven) absolutely love these toys! Every weekend, it's like a treasure hunt for me to find them under the sofas and anywhere else they may be hiding. How's the weather in Alberta? It's been unusually warm in Ontario.

And yes so exciting about the jays! I cannot wait till Friday for game 1. Although if I'm better, then I'll be working and will miss some of the game but thats ok. Go Jays Go! ️

How's the weather in Alberta? It's been unusually warm in Ontario.

This is Seven (3yrs) She has such a sweet personality I rescued her from a no kill shelter when her and the rest of her litter were found in a warehouse. She was the runt and is still a very petite cat.

She often has her tongue out, silly girl.

You guys have been having some beautiful weather It is typical fall weather here, mountains are already covered in snow and we had our first snowfall last weekend It didn’t stick but still not ready for what is to come.

How do they get along?

Yikes it's too early for snow. I'm definitely not ready for what's coming especially since it's been so mild. Alberta is so beautiful though. I haven't actually been yet but definitely on my list. But maybe during the warmer weather.

Alberta is a beautiful place to visit and I would even say it’s just a beautiful in the winter time as it is in summer. When the mountains are covered in snow, they are just breathtaking. I hope you get to visit one day.

So good to hear they're getting along and Trixie took her under her wing. It's so nice when they have a cat buddy they can share their life with.
I was scared adopting Peanut but seeing my boys together warms my heart and I know it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

No doubt snowy Alberta is just as beautiful if not more I'm just not very keen on visiting
when its super cold I wasn't made for the Canadian winters. But sooner or later I will definitely make my way over there 🏔🏞
