Good Morning LL
(LOTS! I just love
), and Happy TUNA Tuesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is TUNA TUESDAY!!! In honor of Tuna Tuesday, once again Lola and Bug, aka Paw Prints Pizza, will make their famous triple tuna pies, with tuna and nip infused crust, tuna toppings, and now triple tuna infused cheese. YUMMMMMMMM! It's tradition!, and these pizza pies totally rock! As a side benefit we have TUNA WATER too! so. well. anyways.
Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. and for my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with crystallized oranges and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are really good today too!
I hope everyone had a great Monday. Mine was great. It felt odd though not to have the boys yesterday. After a month of the revised schedule I was kinda on auto -pilot, expecting to go and get them yesterday... SO, back to three days. Yesterday I took time to get the car serviced as it was way overdue... Today is booked too. Woo hoo, at least I am busy. I went to the mountains yesterday afternoon after the car was ready to go, on a whim. Our weather here is nothing but fog 24/7. Enough already! here is what I wrote in last night's post about yesterday: "Hi everyone - Hope you guys all had a great day. I got the car serviced today (oil change etc), and as I as sitting there watching the fog roll in yet again I thought how nice it would be to be someplace warm and sunny. How cool these days to have phones that will tell you things like weather, and driving conditions etc... Snoqualmie Pass was only 45 minutes from where I was. It was sunny there and reported to be in the 60's today. So... on a whim I headed up there, and visited an old standby with Gold Creek Pond. It was absolutely gorgeous there! I also walked and explored a creek that merges with that, Coal Creek. That was kinda fun: walked creeks shore line. Anyways - spent a few hours up at the pass today. Sure was nice. As I was headed home the temp board up there reported it was 69. wow on that! We barely cleared 50 here, and the fog still has not left us. crazy! Picassa link: Snoqulamie Pass: Coal Creek, Gold Creek Pond I took several photos too while en-route. the falls colors are still with us, and well there was that fog.....

The kitties have been good kitties today - even Lola. Fancy that! She has left the Halloween decoration alone - what a relief. There is renewed hope here that once we get to Christmas all will be well. hmmmm.... might be delusional thinking on my part. Bug has been very affectionate the past few days. Love it! Ive been getting lots of visits, purrs, lap cuddles, and scritch seeking. He really is such an affectionate kitty. Elsa I have discovered really is not a fog fan.... She wants to go out, gets out there and turns right around and comes back in. I swear I can hear grumbles... weather grumbles.... Elsa is also a fuds grazer. She never eats all her food when served, which in a way is a problem with Lola and bug - they will raid her bowl, eat what she leaves. So... we have resorted to hiding her bowl when she is done, offering it to her later on. The microwave has proven to be the best spot for that, as they can both open cupboards..... :? Lola has discovered that is where that bowl is. Yesterday she spent the longest time pounding on the door to the microwave. BAM BAM BAM BAM!!  I dread the moment when she discovers that if she pounds hard enough on the little square indentation near the side the door will open, Fuds for Lola!    Any bets on how long that will take? YUPP!
