Good evening,
we had a full red bouncing cycle today. Seems that is a reaction on the low cycle yesterday.
Thank you so much @Wendy&Neko and @tiffmaxee for mentioning the Zyrtec. I will research it while I wait for the results from the urine test and will mention it at my next vet visit. I think before we try steroids without having a diagnosis and messing up her bg even more, it is definitely worth to try.
I installed a new sensor today and hopefully I am successful to activate it tomorrow. I wasted another sensor because it stayed in the applicator.
But I think I finally understood the mistake now. If she is turning around to see what I am doing, the area of the application is not perfectly rounded anymore. Even though I wanted to try to not let the skin tac dry out completely. Big mistake. I called the hotline and they send me another sensor. I wonder if they have a label which says "complete idiot". Think I earned it.
Thank you so much Colleen @SmallestSparrow to mention that the foxtails can travel by air. I searched my terrace yesterday for plants with foxtails and I couldn't find any. I was close to burning everything down but as I understood this doesn't help.
And thank you so much @Staci & Ivy for encouraging me to talk to the young vet. I think that is a good idea. She is sometimes a bit more open minded than her older collegue and doesn't pretend to know everything. Maybe the danger about being very experienced is to get a bit arrogant and not being open anymore. It's human but difficult to deal with.
I think this week I will hear about the urine.
Binie acts really fine. Hopefully that is a good sign.
Found a funny cartoon today. I'm sure many can relate.
Hope everyone has a nice afternoon and evening!
