Haven't been to Yoga for over a year. Health club shut down for several months Then the Yoga teacher quit. Right now I'm have some problems with a pinched nerve in my hip.
Chiropractor & physical therapy made it worse. I'm going to have an MRI to see what's causing the pain. ( I think it's from sitting in front of the computer too much. When everything shut down I spent way too much time doing research on the computer)

How's everything going for you? Do you have kitties?

So many things changed since 2 years and not always for the best ...
Too bad no yoga anymore, I remember how you liked it!!
With a pinched nerve, you must not be able to take care of your beautiful garden. At least, the MRI should show where the problem is and then you'll be able to get rid of it with the proper treatment.
Ravan is doing very well with hardly any insulin. Hope little Alice is OK!!

For my kitties, you know I lost my sweet Peanut and Zoe, it's been a year now :(
Last November I took in 2 old stray cats; unfortunately one of them died in August but I still have the little girl Josephine 15yo who's deaf! I have to keep remembering she doesn't hear me when I talk to her....
Ti-Mousse is always the same, numbers going up and down depending on the activity of the tumor (Acro).
Pepe is CKD, eye melanome and diabetic but since on insulin he got his energy back like when he was a kitten event if he's 16yo.

I never see you posting anymore so I'm very glad I saw this one! :)
