It was the third day in a row with a touch of blue! This morning was the 12th cycle at 2.25 U. I'm thinking of going to 2.5 tonight.

I bragged on Saturday about the seamless transition to homemade food. What was consumed with gusto on Saturday, was accepted with the appropriate enhancement of FortiFlora, bonito flakes or chicken dust on Sunday, and was tolerated if mixed half and half with “real food”, and of course a sprinkle of that good stuff on Monday. Of the three enhancements tried so far, Weezer seems to like the bonito flakes best, at least this morning. The kitties just don’t tolerate unseemly bragging.

Wishing for a kitty day for all, plenty of purrs, play, sunny spots and lots of love.
 
Hi Linda, now isn't that "just like a cat" to like it one day and then the next day be a little picky! It's exactly like Maggie, too! Give it some time with the new diet; Weezer may come around. It's a continuing saga with the food for a lot of our kitties. Good luck tonight if you decide on an increase. Have a nice day.
 
Ah, the food wars...our kitties are great at keeping life interesting! I recently switched Trix to Nature's Variety Instinct. She loved it...till hubby went out and bought a fresh batch of cans :roll: ...so typical.

Maybe Weezer doesn't like your cooking!!! Cats are a mystery. That's why we love them so. Chow down, Weezer! Your mamabean wants you to enjoy your food.

I don't know how people find the time to make food for their cats too - just taking care of the 19 sets of legs around here keeps me hopping all and half the night. Good work my friend!

They read the condos, you know. If you brag on them, they do the opposite.

I definitely think I'd give it an increase tonight....it's great that she is still nipping blue!!
