All is well in CurryLand. She seems to be liking her new dose of .5 for now.

She did throw up after she ate and was shot. It may have been a constipation issue as she used the LB right after...and she was straining a bit. She finally felt better and ate. Thank goodness. I use Lax'aire to prevent constipation problems (may not have given her enough lately) and I know many of you mix in miralax for that issue. So how much miralax does one give an 11 lb cat?

Regarding my niece's newborn, Thad. Thank you all for the prayers yesterday.....Thad did well....He will have 2 more surgeries for this particular issue in the next year or so.

I'm glad Thad did well.

I have written on my Miralax jar to give 1/8 teaspoon, so since my smallest measuring spoon is 1/4 teaspoon, I divide that between the two cats. I think others give more, but 1/8 tsp is probably a good starting dose.

Morning Tena!! Beautiful amps today Curry!!--0.5U is a good dose, & he seems to like it! You are doing a great job!
Yes 1/8 tsp of Miralax between 2 cats, that's what I do & it works great, without any ill effects!

Beautiful AMPS!

Dyana has the dose right -- 1/8 teaspoon. You can go as high as 1/4 teaspoon but I've found 1/8 works just fine.
